URGENT HIRING:
TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES
QUALIFICATION:
• Must be recently/currently employed in a technical voice support role
• At least 2 years technical voice support experience handling IPS, computer hardware, software, or VOIP, mobile phone troubleshooting
• Preference would be those who have mentored or been SMEs
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be able to answer all the questions on the attached guide
• Must have good tenure
• Must be willing to start on January 9 at a Senior Analyst level only (26k total package).
Maximum pay would be Php26,250 basic & allowances combined + 20% Night Differential + 5% monthly incentive scheme (after their 11 weeks of training).
