Quality Analyst

Qualification:
  • Candidates must possess a 4-year Bachelor's degree or must have completed 1st two years in college at least.
  • Candidates must possess average to excellent English communication skills.
  • Candidates must be willing to work in graveyard shifts or shifting schedules
  • Must have at least one (1) year experience as a Quality Analyst.

Responsibility:

  • Measure the quality of calls to ensure the client's and organization's expectations are achieved
  • Monitor agents' performance to ensure proper call handling skills are utilized daily
  • Provide feedback to agents to improve areas of opportunity and reinforce positive behavior
  • Track, analyze, and communicate results of quality initiatives to management
  • Conduct training classes to emphasize the metrics of the program
