A leading software solutions provider in the US is in urgent need of 50 Customer Service Specialists who possess the following qualifications:
-Good to excellent command of the English language
-Graduate of associate or bachelor degree, preferably in the field of IT or computer science
-At least two years of experience as a TSR for telco/dsl related accounts (AT&T, Verizons, Virgin Mobile, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc)
-Background with VoIP, PBX, Carriers and the likes)
-Good customer service orientation
-Experience in upselling (upgrading of services if the customer experiences difficulties)
-Amenable to work on shifting schedules
-Willing to work in the Fort, Taguig
-Willing to start ASAP
-Very Competitive Salary Package
